Phil Brown, XScape Race Team Head Coach, former British Children's Ski Team coach, is the founder of Impulse Racing ski training camps.

Impulse Racing is aimed at athletes, ranging from mini to FIS Masters, who are looking to refine their technical skills in order to boost their competitiveness in the gates.

The name is derived from the force applied to the ski during racing in relation to:

• a significant amount of force over the shortest period of time
• increasing speed by applying impulse in the appropriate phase of the turn
• an impulse to well edged skis (platform) to produce a trampoline effect

We will be running a number of camps during the 2008/09 Winter Season in Norway and providing training and support for the BARSC, English and British race circuit in Petzen in Carinthia Austria, Bormeo Italy and Méribel France. We also provide training during the Summer and Autumn at the huge FIS approved indoor slope, in Landgraaf Holland.
