Phil is a former Head Coach of the GB Children’s Team, Head Coach of both Xscape MK race team and the Snow Club and National Team Selector. Phil has been coaching racers for many years, helping athletes achieve their goals at both national and international level. Many of his trainees have attained national squad status during this time. He is an internationally qualified and highly experienced Race Coach. He is registered and qualified with the CSCF, BASI, and Snowsport Scotland. Phil has been a noted ski racer in his own right and has an established a racing pedigree with a reputation for producing champion racers.
Phil started Impulse Racing in early 2008 as a development from his work with various clubs and groups over the years and on the back of a season in Norway training British and Irish racers.
